Order cancellation and refund rules

We try to provide products that should satisfy most customers, however, it is ok if you are not happy with the service or the product doesn't meet the requirements, so we may offer a full refund in this case. We refund for any cases, doesn't matter if a wrong product purchased or changed mind.

SSL Refund and Cancellation rules

  • You will receive a full refund for any order issued within 30-days
  • The only exception is when fake data provided within the verification process OR SSL revoked by CA due to Man-in-the-middle attack or any other criminal/illegal usage of SSL.
  • Please note, once you requested the refund, the order will be canceled with NO option to recover it. Example, the order is 6 months old, you clicked "Cancel Order" button. In that case, the order will be processed, and no refund will be applicable. That means you will lose SSL with all days left.
  • It is not possible to cancel processing reissue process, the only way is to complete reissue to start another reissue process.

By default, all refunds will be returned to an original source used for the order purchase.

Cancellation request can be sent only by the owner of the account. PayPal refunds usually completed within 12-24 hours. Bank refunds may take 1-5 business days, depending on your bank and country rules.

How to request a refund for SSL

  1. Login to the account using your credentials.
  2. Go to ''Orders'' tab and find the order.
  3. Click to "Request cancellation" button
  4. Enter the reason for cancellation and confirm the action.
  5. You will receive an e-mail with refund information once our managers will review request
